Hawk Managed IT is a practice of CPJ Technologies, LLC, in Connecticut. This page covers the quote forms on this website.

What the forms collect

The contact form and the quote form on the home page ask for your name, work email, phone, company, company size, the services you want to talk about, and notes about what you need. Phone can be left blank. Notes are required. The contact form can also include a preferred level, a computer count, and a location count. The home form can include a computer count.

A hidden field is there to catch automated submissions. If it is filled in, we drop the request and do not email it.

Why we ask

We use those details to respond and set up a call. An engineer at Hawk reviews every request and reaches out within one business day to set up a short call. We quote after the call.

How it is sent

The form emails your details to Hawk through our mail provider so we can reply. Once the form is accepted, we also send a confirmation to the work email you entered, with your reference number and a short recap. You can reply to that message. Booking a call uses HubSpot, our CRM. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to see which pages people visit, and Speed Insights to see how those pages perform. Neither uses cookies or collects form details. Booking a call is separate: that scheduler uses HubSpot, our CRM.
